Is your size in the range?
Enter the inside diameter and the cross section in millimetres. The answer comes from our mould list, not from a catalogue page — 2,543 distinct sizes at the last count.
Check a size
Two numbers, both in millimetres. Example: 30 and 3.55.
Sizes shown are for reference. Final dimensions and material are confirmed on the quotation.
Sizing
How to read the two numbers.
The most common ordering error in this product is quoting the outside diameter. We work in ID and CS throughout, and everything we label uses the same convention.
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ID | Inside diameter, measured across the bore |
| CS | Cross section, the thickness of the ring |
| OD | Outside diameter, always ID + 2 × CS |
Worked example
| Written as | Means |
|---|---|
| 27 × 3.5 | 27 mm inside diameter, 3.5 mm cross section — outside diameter 34 mm |
| AS568-214 | 31.50 mm inside diameter, 3.53 mm cross section |
| 20 mm OD, 3 mm CS | 14 mm inside diameter — tell us, or we will misread it |
Part numbers
Searching by number is faster than measuring.
If you have the part number, you do not need a caliper. Send it and we translate it — AS568, BS1806, DIN 3771, ISO 3601, JIS B2401, or an OEM number from the machine manual.
AS568 / BS1806
Dash numbers from -001 to -4xx. Send AS568-214 and we reply with 31.50 × 3.53 mm, material and price.
DIN 3771 / ISO 3601
Metric series. A dimension is enough — there is no separate part number in most cases.
OEM numbers
Machine and equipment numbers are welcome. We check them against the dimension list rather than guessing at an equivalent.
Not in the range?
Send the dimension anyway. Over 2,500 moulds does not mean every size exists, and a mould shop can often run something close — but we will tell you honestly which it is.
