Every size comes from the same mould shop, so a metric enquiry and an inch enquiry reach the same answer. If a size is not held, we say so rather than guess.
Inch O-rings
AS568 and BS1806, the -0xx to -4xx series. Machines imported from the US and older European equipment are usually specified this way.
O-ring kits

Sizing
Two numbers identify an O-ring. The third is arithmetic.
Most wrong orders come from quoting the outside diameter. We work in ID and CS throughout, and everything we send you is labelled the same way.

Quote by ID and CS. A ring written as “27 × 3.5” is 27 mm inside diameter in our documents. If your drawing uses the outside diameter, tell us and we will convert it before quoting.

Do you have a minimum order?
We quote from small quantities. The exact minimum depends on the size and the material, so tell us the quantity you need and we confirm it in the quotation rather than quoting a number we cannot hold to.
Can you supply against a part number?
Yes. Send an AS568, DIN 3771, ISO 3601, JIS B2401 or OEM number and we come back with the equivalent dimension, the material and the price. If the number is not in our range we will tell you that too, instead of substituting something close.
How fast is a quotation?
Within one business day. Enquiries that arrive during European morning hours are usually answered the same day, because that is our late afternoon.
Are you a manufacturer?
No. We are a trading company, registered in Guangzhou. Production runs at a mould shop in Shenzhen with more than 2,500 O-ring moulds across metric, inch, JIS and GB series. We handle the specification, the documentation and the export — which is the part a small distributor usually needs help with.
Do you supply test reports?
On request: a RoHS test report from a third-party laboratory, a material declaration, and a declaration of conformity with each shipment. Batch references are printed on every bag.
Can you ship small parcels or consolidate?
Both. Express for urgent sizes, and we can consolidate with your other Chinese suppliers so you pay one freight instead of three. Tell us the forwarder you already use and we will work with them.
